How it works

A clear path from search to keys

RenterMatch is transparent by design. You always see why a property matched, where it conflicts and what happens next.

01

Share your profile

Eleven short steps: contact, timing, budget, layout, locations, household, qualification, preferences, lease, readiness and consent.

02

We score your search

Your lead score reflects timing, budget clarity, income and readiness so agents can prioritise responsibly.

03

Properties are matched

Every active property is scored out of 100: budget 25, location 20, availability 15, layout 10, income 10, type 5, pets 5, amenities 5, lease 5.

04

An agent is routed to you

Routing rules consider location, budget, campaign, tour readiness, agent territory and current workload.

05

Tours and applications

Your agent books tours, sends applications and tracks approvals in one shared timeline.

06

Lease signed

Everything from first message to lease is logged, so nothing is repeated and nothing is lost.

About credit information

Credit range collected during intake is self-reported by the renter. RenterMatch never declines a renter on self-reported credit alone. It is used only to flag properties whose published guidelines may require a guarantor, a higher deposit or additional documentation.
